Why Does God Withdraw?

Why Does God Withdraw?

Psalm 5:3

In the morning, Lord, you hear my voice;
in the morning I lay my requests before you
    and wait expectantly.

Have you waited in expectation from God to hear His voice or answer your prayer?

Waiting, waiting- waiting… and you wonder if God even hears your voice for requests they just may be going unanswered and that may have had gone on for a while.

So you wait…. wait in hope. Hope that He will make a way for your request.

The thing you may not know that sometimes the request must just remain unanswered. It may not seem fair but God is growing you and teaching you that things must take place in you or circumstances in order to see the prayer blessing.

But come on…sometimes it feels like forever! The prayers are just going up and no change, not anything that you can see at all now.

But sometimes, they are right in front of you!

Things have changed and prayers answers but not in the ways that you would expect or ways you think it should happen, but definitely in the ways that God wants it to happen.

 Isaiah 55:8

“For my thoughts are not your thoughts,
neither are your ways my ways,”
declares the Lord.

So that desperate prayer for something to happen didn’t happen for my own good!

Here’s a question for you:

Have you been praying with no answer and not really see the growth in you and the circumstance you face?

There have been small answered prayers in your life but maybe you really were not conscious of them.

What has God withdrawn from you that you request?

Pray deeply for that answer and you may hear the Holy Spirit speaking into your heart about that. Trust God in all circumstances especially even when the prayers are not answered!
