My Country, Tis Of Thee

This song is dedicated to all the men and women that have served this Country, the great USA!
And may God continue to bless us as we reach to Him for our basic needs and to protect us against anyone that
may not love this Land of the Free!
My country, ’tis of thee,
Sweet land of liberty,
Of thee I sing;
Land where my fathers died,
Land of the pilgrims’ pride,
From ev’ry mountainside
Let freedom ring!
2
My native country, thee,
Land of the noble free,
Thy name I love;
I love thy rocks and rills,
Thy woods and templed hills;
My heart with rapture thrills,
Like that above.
3
Let music swell the breeze,
And ring from all the trees
Sweet freedom’s song;
Let mortal tongues awake;
Let all that breathe partake;
Let rocks their silence break,
The sound prolong.
4
Our fathers’ God to Thee,
Author of liberty,
To Thee we sing.
Long may our land be bright,
With freedom’s holy light,
Protect us by Thy might,
Great God our King.

Obey God

1John 21-24

21Dear friends, if we don’t feel guilty, we can come to God with bold confidence. 22 And we will receive from him whatever we ask because we obey him and do the things that please him.23 And this is his commandment: We must believe in the name of his Son, Jesus Christ, and love one another, just as he commanded us. 24 Those who obey God’s commandments remain in fellowship with him, and he with them. And we know he lives in us because the Spirit he gave us lives in us.

When we obey God , He lives in us and guides our day. If we live for the world we get what the world promises, empty promises. So I say to you, follow Jesus with confidence and obey the commandments that God has given us the road ahead can be like a winding and unknown path but as you continue on it stay focused on Jesus as your guide. If anyone tries to trip you up, remain steady and believe that God will be the judge of them, not you.

Begin to treat each person as if you were facing our Lord, man is created in Gods image so we learn to behave more like Christ to our brothers and sisters and develop the habit of being a caring. loving person not judging but a lover of peace and of one another.

Go in peace in this day and love God with all your heart, soul and mind.

Amen!
