This World Is Temporary

When we follow God, we know that our time on earth is limited and that this world is our temporary home. We must not hold on to this world to tightly as we will find that our true home is yet to come with Jesus in Heaven.

When we find that we trust this world and all that is in it…. it holds only that this world. But if we live on the promises of God we know our true home is with Him.

John 14:2-4

2 My Father’s house has many rooms; if that were not so, would I have told you that I am going there to prepare a place for you? 3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to be with me that you also may be where I am. 4 You know the way to the place where I am going.”

 So live each day as though you know that this could be your last one and that your true home awaits you in the Kingdom!

Live By Faith

When we struggle we must remember to pray and have faith.

Just to breath and wait for God to take the reins, to trust and obey, let us wait and be confident in knowing He is in control not us so that we may have faith in just knowing our prayers will be answered. AMEN

Hebrews 11

Faith in Action

 1 Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see. 2 This is what the ancients were commended for.

 3 By faith we understand that the universe was formed at God’s command, so that what is seen was not made out of what was visible.

Quietness in Prayer

As we grow in Christ we learn to love our quiet time in prayer. Maybe it’s laying in bed and thinking about how much you love Him, All the greatness Her has given us for free!

How wonderful to know that we can find ourselves living for Him each day no matter what the circumstances His grace fills us in all ways, My prayer time is precious to me and Him as I grow in learning to depend on the times of the day that I devote just to Jesus.

Psalm 61

Psalm 61

 1 Hear my cry, O God;
   listen to my prayer.

 2 From the ends of the earth I call to you,
   I call as my heart grows faint;
   lead me to the rock that is higher than I.
3 For you have been my refuge,
   a strong tower against the foe.

 4 I long to dwell in your tent forever
   and take refuge in the shelter of your wings.[b]
5 For you, God, have heard my vows;
   you have given me the heritage of those who fear your name.

 6 Increase the days of the king’s life,
   his years for many generations.
7 May he be enthroned in God’s presence forever;
   appoint your love and faithfulness to protect him.

 8 Then I will ever sing in praise of your name
   and fulfill my vows day after day.

Gods desire for your life

As we sit and ponder our lives as we know it, we must always be on the look out for our Savior, He will come at any time. Gods desire for us all is based in truth, the Bible, His gift to the world, to read, to ponder and to ask in humble prayer.

The Seals

Book of Revelation Chapter 6

We must remember why we serve God, so that His Kingdom will reign on earth as it is in Heaven. He is Calling us all.

Revelation 6:9-11

 9 When he opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of those who had been slain because of the word of God and the testimony they had maintained. 10 They called out in a loud voice, “How long, Sovereign Lord, holy and true, until you judge the inhabitants of the earth and avenge our blood?” 11 Then each of them was given a white robe, and they were told to wait a little longer, until the full number of their fellow servants, their brothers and sisters,[a] were killed just as they had been.

Always be Ready

With the world events going as they are, we must pray for worldwide peace. These are signs for us all.

Always Be ready!!!

Luke 17:26-30

   26 “Just as it was in the days of Noah, so also will it be in the days of the Son of Man. 27 People were eating, drinking, marrying and being given in marriage up to the day Noah entered the ark. Then the flood came and destroyed them all.

   28 “It was the same in the days of Lot. People were eating and drinking, buying and selling, planting and building. 29 But the day Lot left Sodom, fire and sulfur rained down from heaven and destroyed them all.   30 “It will be just like this on the day the Son of Man is revealed.
